Terms & Conditions

TERMS: Net 30 days - no exceptions. All intial orders will be shipped on a credit card basis until an application for open account has been processed and approved.  Sorry we no longer ship items on a C.O.D. basis. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5%, 18% yearly. No orders will be shipped if customer is past net 30. We reserve the right to change open account status if our credit terms are abused. A $25.00 service will automatically be added for any NSF check. On all new net 30 accounts, the first invoice must be paid before a second order will be shipped.
SHIPPING: Unless otherwise specified we will ship UPS or FedEx Ground. On larger shipments we may ship via common carrier. Expedited shipping, such as Overnight or Second Day Air is available at an additional charge.
OPEN ACCOUNT: An open account is available to all firms with a good credit rating. We require that new accounts furnish us with company name, owner's name, complete address, as well as the name/address and account number of your bank. We will fax you an authorization sheet for you to sign that allows your bank to provide credit references to us. The application processing time depends on the speed with which your return this authorization sheet to us, as well as how quickly your bank responds
BACK ORDERS: Magique does not assume shipping/handling costs on back orders. Back orders over $30.00 will be shipped when the goods are available. All backorders under $30.00 are automatically cancelled.
RETURNS: We will not accept the return of any merchandise without prior authorization. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Shopworn merchandise will not be accepted for credit. All claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
CLAIMS: Submit all claims for merchandise damage or lost in transit to the carrier involved.  Any product claims to report directly to Magique Novelties must be done so within a week of receiving merchandise. 
PRICING: We hope to be able to honor the prices in this catalog for the entire year. However, we reserved the right to change prices at any time.
BAR CODES: Bar Codes included in this catalog are for reference only. Actual codes may differ if alternative suppliers are used. Check with us to verify actual codes used.
